What you will do

• Lead teams of experts to deliver high-quality IT services within established contractual frameworks.
• Provide technical and managerial support for field engineers, technicians, system administrators, and SMEs.
• Manage the troubleshooting of incidents, problems, changes, and escalations to ensure seamless service operation.
• Collaborate with Delivery Partners, Architects, and SREs to co-create and maintain reliable, available systems.
• Analyze customer business needs to propose and implement tailored IT solutions that exceed expectations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico City for in-person work
• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and providing quality services to customers.
• Deep knowledge of managed platforms, IT services, and technology vendors.
• Proven experience in incident, problem, and change management, including root cause analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of AIOps and an innovation-oriented mindset.
• Ability to maintain direct and constant interaction with customers.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Six Sigma.
• Experience with automation or continuous improvement initiatives.
