Salary: $93,200 - $164,450 per year

What you will do

• Develop, integrate, and enhance remote sensing processing and tracking algorithms and software.
• Evolve ground-based mission processing applications onto flight hardware for onboard operations.
• Maintain and add features to a complex legacy codebase written in C++.
• Develop models and detailed simulations to predict and assess system performance.
• Collaborate with FPGA and software engineers to deliver prototype and fully capable systems.
• Research and implement AI/ML algorithm applications for detection and tracking.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen for security clearance consideration.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI Clearance.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a STEM field.
• Proficiency in MatLab and at least one other programming language.
• Strong experience in software design and development.

Nice to have

• PhD in a STEM field.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python.
• Experience with hardware acceleration technologies like GPUs and FPGAs.
• Experience in remote sensing and AI/ML algorithms for detection and tracking.
• Active security clearance and experience with GIT version control.
