What you will do

• Address equipment, process, and product issues in real-time to maintain uninterrupted 24x7 lot movement through the manufacturing line.
• Perform tool troubleshooting, recipe modifications, and PIL reviews and approvals.
• Execute non-standard procedures, including visual inspections, engineering scans, and basic analysis.
• Write and update specifications and RFCs in collaboration with tool owners and defect reduction teams.
• Manage detailed written and verbal pass-downs to ensure structured communication between shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Materials, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field with 1+ years of experience, OR a Master's degree in these disciplines.
• Experience with defect metrology, yield tool sustenance, RFC setup, and SPC.
• Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Flexibility to support night and weekend shifts over extended periods.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging or substrate manufacturing.
• Prior experience working night and weekend shifts.
