What you will do

• Provide frontline support for manufacturing systems, including Zebra printers (ZPL), barcode scanners, and IoT devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize production downtime.
• Act as the primary responder for manufacturing system incidents and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Perform data-related tasks and support production workflows using SQL and Splunk.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, IT/OT, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Must have "U.S. Person" status as defined by U.S. law.
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with manufacturing systems like MES, PLCs, and SCADA.
• Experience with industrial label printers (Zebra, ZPL, BarTender).
• Experience supporting production environments or shop-floor systems.
• Knowledge of Python.
