What you will do

• Integrate software, sensors, and RF devices with customer systems via hardware bring-up, networking, power, and software interfaces like data pipelines and APIs.
• Debug complex issues spanning hardware, software, and networking layers in field environments.
• Develop scripts, diagnostics, and automation tools to enhance system reliability and observability.
• Capture operational feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products.
• Document configurations, troubleshooting steps, and lessons learned for internal and customer use.
• Travel up to 50% to customer and test sites for deployments, troubleshooting, and support.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Deep familiarity with Linux (SSH, networking tools, system debugging).
• Strong problem-solving skills for independent field work under pressure.
• Understanding of networking protocols, hardware interfaces, and distributed systems.
• Experience integrating or maintaining hardware or sensor systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar scripting language.
• Willingness for travel and on-site work.

Nice to have

• Experience in systems integration, field engineering, or technical operations.
• Background in defense, aerospace, or mission-critical environments.
• Familiarity with telemetry, data integration, IoT architectures.
• Understanding of RF systems, SDRs, or radar technologies.
• Experience with cloud/edge computing (Docker, Azure, AWS).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
