What you will do

• Implement and administer the project Quality Control Plan based on client-approved requirements.
• Perform and oversee daily site inspections to ensure full compliance with delivery order specifications.
• Prepare material submittals, verification forms, and detailed daily quality control reports.
• Coordinate third-party testing agents and maintain comprehensive on-site records of tests and certifications.
• Develop and execute methods to assess costs and responsibilities for unacceptable materials or supplies.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSEQ guidelines, including OSHA and USACE EM385.1.1 standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with an annual volume of $5 million or more.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes and general engineering principles.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (highly desired).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional reporting and presentations.

• Previous formal safety and quality control training certifications.
• Proficiency in ProCore, Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe.
