What you will do

• Conduct pre-pour and post-pour inspections, verifying materials against project drawings and specifications.
• Perform and validate stressing calculations for structural integrity in pre-stressing processes.
• Oversee aggregate, concrete testing, trial batches, mix designs, and cylinder casting/breaking.
• Review drawings and standards for compliance, maintain logs, reports, and documentation.
• Inspect forms, monitor inventory, verify storage and loading for transport.
• Identify defects, direct repairs, report issues, and mentor QC technicians across shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years experience or Associate degree with significant structural concrete experience.
• Deep understanding of QC processes in plant/construction environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for logs and reporting.
• Ability to read/interpret complex structural drawings and blueprints.
• Physical ability: stand/walk extended periods, lift 50 lbs, work in dust/noise/temperature variations.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
