What you will do

• Participate in all pre-operational briefings and required crew activities.
• Monitor assigned airspace along flight routes prior to launch, during flight, and during delivery phases of UAS testing.
• Assist in collision avoidance by identifying non-cooperative traffic and communicating with the RPIC.
• Identify hazardous weather conditions and other unforeseen airborne hazards.
• Act as a dedicated advocate for safety throughout all flight operations.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
• Strong judgment, detail-oriented approach, and high professional standards.
