What you will do

• Execute scheduled and unscheduled UAS maintenance according to CAMP and GMM.
• Ensure aircraft safety and compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.
• Perform precision mechanical and electrical integration and assembly using hand tools.
• Document all maintenance procedures accurately and follow strict operational standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and flight operations teams with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Basic engineering knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical integration and assembly.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and a valid US Driver's License.
• Ability to obtain Repairmen Certification.
• Ability to support shift work (days, evenings, weekends) and travel 5-10%.
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and pass pre-employment/random drug and alcohol testing.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Remote pilot certificate (P107) or manned certificate.
• Experience developing UAS manuals, training materials, or operational procedures.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
