What you will do

• Define and execute the GTM data science strategy for pipeline generation and sales productivity.
• Deliver insights and ML models for marketing attribution, forecasting, and lead scoring.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of data scientists.
• Design and scale experimentation and causal inference frameworks across the GTM funnel.
• Identify and deploy AI solutions for customer segmentation and churn prediction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience supporting GTM functions in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company.
• Strong technical foundation in SQL and Python.
• Track record of delivering measurable business impact through advanced analytics or ML.
• Experience building and scaling teams in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in Menlo Park, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience leading ML projects in GTM domains (propensity modeling, next best action).
• Hands-on experience deploying models for lead prioritization and pipeline efficiency.
• Knowledge of data enrichment strategies and integrating third-party data sources.
• Experience applying AI/ML to enterprise GTM use cases.
