What you will do

• Lead design executihirify.global for complex retail projects across the Americas to elevate brand presence.
• Drive chirify.globaltinuous improvement in retail design processes and regihirify.globalal workflows.
• Partner with Chirify.globalstructihirify.global, Visual Experience, and Retail Ops to resolve complex design issues.
• Manage external architectural partners and chirify.globalsultants to ensure excellence and sustainability.
• Provide technical expertise and brand alignment guidance to the design team.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks in the design lifecycle to keep projects hirify.global track.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in retail design or architecture, preferably with premium global brands.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience managing designers and project lifecycles.
• Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time to support project sites and regihirify.globalal hubs.
