What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor and educator for the implementation of AI-driven solutions.
• Coach users on AI-P, Palantir Foundry, and related technical tools to meet mission needs.
• Translate complex AI concepts into actionable strategies for audiences ranging from analysts to senior leaders.
• Help stakeholders define data definitions, business logic, and governance policies.
• Advise on the integration of MAVEN Smart Systems (MSS) for operational and predictive analytics.

Requirements

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning (ML), Data Science, or AI engineering.
• 2+ years of experience specifically focused on Generative AI and LLMs.
• Advanced Python proficiency with production-grade software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience with Palantir Foundry or MAVEN Smart Systems.
• NORTHCOM CCMD experience.
• Open-source contributions or published research in AI.
• Certifications in AI Ethics, Responsible AI, or Cloud AI Architecture.
• Familiarity with adversarial AI testing and red-teaming practices.
