What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies specifically for insurance claims roles, such as Claims Adjusters.
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across various geographic markets.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine and optimize sourcing strategies.
• Track and manage candidate flow within ATS and CRM systems.
• Support high-volume and surge hiring initiatives to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing for insurance or claims roles (e.g., auto, life).
• Strong knowledge of licensing requirements and regulated hiring environments.
• Experience with high-volume sourcing.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and translate hiring needs into actionable strategies.
• Strong skills in pipeline management and candidate engagement.
