What you will do

  • Drive the end-to-end production schedule for marketing campaigns from kickoff to launch.
  • Act as the primary liaison between strategy teams and shared services (Creative, Web, Marketing Ops).
  • Manage technical setup for webinars including registration pages and console staging.
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance on all digital assets for brand alignment and responsiveness.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Ops to stage and deploy targeted email campaigns.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven process improvements to streamline campaign delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management and campaign execution.
  • Strong background in technical quality assurance and digital asset management.
  • Expertise in coordinating across cross-functional teams like Creative and Marketing Ops.
  • Ability to own and manage technical platforms for webinars and email deployment.
  • High proficiency in organizational tools like Asana or Jira.
  • Must be based in the United States (Menlo Park, CA).
