What you will do

• Design and deliver software solutions by collaborating directly with end users to solve critical logistics challenges.
• Take full ownership of features from concept to deployment, including prototyping and integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, design, and operations teams to build scalable systems.
• Monitor and improve system reliability through code instrumentation, metric analysis, and iterative fixes.
• Balance short-term urgency with long-term maintainability to ensure practical, mission-focused outcomes.
• Travel approximately 25% to deploy, field-test, and support software systems in operational settings.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Go, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Active U.S. secret security clearance required; top secret preferred.
• Strong communication abilities and the aptitude to lead customer-facing engineering interactions.
• High ownership mindset with a bias for action and responsibility for end-to-end execution.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in rapidly changing environments with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with software in defense, aerospace, or other complex operational domains.
• Familiarity with military logistics, supply chain, or sustainment challenges.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes) and Edge infrastructure.
• Exposure to data engineering, analytics, or machine learning in operational contexts.
