What you will do

• Hire, develop, lead, and motivate the team through performance coaching, feedback, and training.
• Foster the Herman Miller Client Experience and inspire effective sales demonstrations.
• Manage performance daily, weekly, and monthly to deliver the sales plan.
• Ensure studio presentation meets visual standards and operational procedures for profit maximization and expense control.
• Resolve employee relations issues in partnership with HR and Regional Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills with strong people management.
• Ability to inspire teams in high-traffic environments and build relationships with clients.
• Financial literacy, business acumen, and budgetary management skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems, MS Office, web navigation, and 3D rendering programs.
• Ability to move objects over 20 pounds and adhere to safety requirements.
