What you will do

• Manage account management and service operations for designated customers and P&L.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, achieve or exceed service KPIs and objectives, and serve as a technical consultant.
• Lead the performance of field operations for all service/maintenance projects.
• Perform field safety audits, jobsite inspections, and develop site safety/logistics plans.
• Prepare, submit, and negotiate repair proposals.
• Comply with TKE’s internal Health & Safety norms and Anti-Trust and Compliance directives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of field management or outside sales experience within the elevator industry preferred.
• Availability to manage and supervise field crews that conduct daily maintenance along with overnight and weekend coverage.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Need to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to deliver upon specific KPIs and service level agreements.
• Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
