What you will do

• Create and deliver Regional GWP plan with Head of Region, leading production board and rectification of underperformance.
• Prioritise business unit growth agenda, aligning on focus areas and deprioritising non-strategic opportunities.
• Lead relationships with core broker partners, executing segmentation strategy and premium plans by line of business.
• Identify new growth initiatives in products, partnerships, digital trading, facilities, and emerging markets.
• Steer portfolio mix with underwriting leaders based on broker insights and opportunity analysis.
• Communicate commercial strategy, build consistent value proposition, and align front-line market approach.
• Develop metrics to measure business performance, central to production board governance.

Requirements

• Extensive senior leadership in London Specialty and Wholesale Insurance Market with track record of profitable growth in complex organisations.
• Executive Committee experience accountable for commercial strategy, production, and broker performance across lines of business and regions.
• Deep background in distribution, underwriting, or commercial strategy, influencing portfolio and go-to-market priorities.
• Credible market presence with senior relationships across Tier-1 brokers, intermediaries, and MGAs.
• Expertise in portfolio solutions, facultative reinsurance, structured placements, facilities, and digital trading.
• Ability to align underwriting teams behind unified strategy and execute GWP plans with performance governance.
• Strategic mindset for new growth initiatives, market entry, and product innovation.
