What you will do

• Develop Lean strategy and roadmap for operations cultural transformation.
• Partner with leadership to convert production teams and processes to Lean operating system via kaizen and training.
• Design and coach tiered Daily Management, 5S, Kata coaching, and root cause analysis for abnormality resolution.
• Implement and track KPIs at enterprise, function, region, and site levels; coach leaders on problem-solving.
• Lead process improvements, technology upgrades like AI, and best practice deployments.
• Build cohesive teams with Lean value stream thinking and share best practices across regions and sites.
• Enhance employee engagement through Lean skill mastery, benchmarking, and development plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering or technical field; master's desirable.
• 10+ years in process improvement; 5+ years coaching shop floor Lean transformations.
• Deep hands-on experience with TPS-based Lean tools training and implementation.
• 5+ years direct management in manufacturing/supply chain with demonstrated Lean improvements.
• Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures (up to 50% travel Europe/eastern USA).
• Strong team facilitation, communication, and drive for operational excellence.
