What you will do

• Facilitate compliance with corporate health, safety, and environmental policies, including training and documentation.
• Support sales efforts while maintaining regulatory, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead the branch's emergency response team.
• Conduct safety audits and support the branch health and safety program.
• Hold daily pre-shift meetings, communicate expectations, and foster employee ownership of operations.
• Directly supervise Material Handlers and participate in external agency inspections (DOT, EPA, FDA, DHS).

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in operations
• Knowledge of chemical distribution facility operations
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
