What you will do

• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
• Apply UX best practices, accessibility (WCAG), and design thinking principles
• Conduct usability reviews and iterate designs based on user feedback and data
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and component libraries
• Implement responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Translate Figma designs into reusable React components and integrate with APIs

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, front-end development, or hybrid UI/UX Engineer role
• Strong expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping
• Hands-on experience developing applications using React
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS (or SCSS), JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with modern front-end workflows including Git, CI/CD, and component libraries
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries
