Salary: $194,900 - $292,300 (US base annual)

What you will do

• Manage and grow a high-performing design team with focus on feedback, coaching, and career development
• Inspire the team, create design vision aligned with hirify.global's goals, and champion quality and polish
• Define team strategy, plan roadmaps with partners, and evolve priorities for acquisition, global expansion, experimentation, and Sessions
• Partner with marketing, comms, growth, and Link teams on information architecture and storytelling
• Scale design systems, devise art directions, propose animations, and handle product launch materials
• Advocate for design excellence, balance speed and quality, and lead through AI tool adoption and process changes

Requirements

• 6+ years of creative direction and management experience, 9+ years in strategy, information architecture, web design, and creative technology at digital agencies or product companies
• Leadership in strategic thinking for impactful digital experiences
• Conviction in web as storytelling medium, shown via portfolio of design systems, microsites, Figma libraries, WebGL, CSS art
• Expert in design elements like typography, layout, balance, proportion
