What you will do
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution for Java-based applications.
- Coordinate closely with L3 and development teams to maintain high system availability and performance.
- Perform log analysis using tools like Splunk, ELK, or AppDynamics.
- Manage changes and support application servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere.
- Work with SQL databases including Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Java / J2EE and supporting Spring / Spring Boot applications.
- Hands-on with SQL (Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL) and Linux/Unix commands.
- Knowledge of application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere).
- Experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; good communication skills with English mandatory.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
- Knowledge of REST APIs and troubleshooting integrations.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience working with global stakeholders; Spanish preferred.
