What you will do

• Investigate problems and inefficiencies in business units to identify AI support opportunities
• Determine suitable AI agent types or solutions for specific use cases
• Design and prototype AI agents in collaboration with technical teams
• Evaluate connections to hirify.global processes, tools, and users
• Provide recommendations on adoption, governance, and rollout
• Deliver analysis, use case overview, POC prototypes, and final presentation

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in HBO or WO program in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Business IT & Management
• Interest in AI applications, process improvement, and digital innovation
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions
• Communicative, curious, and comfortable with stakeholders
• Good communication skills in English
