What you will do
- Collaborate on profiling and optimizing AI algorithms, frameworks, and software architectures for improved performance and accuracy.
- Reproduce real-world production AI inference workloads and build representative workload profiles.
- Identify system bottlenecks and conduct detailed performance analysis across the software and hardware stacks.
- Translate workload insights into actionable data to support hardware/software co-design efforts for AI SoC products.
- Assist in applied research and HW/SW integration for AI systems.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, including algorithms, models, and agentic AI workload development.
- Practical experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with computer architecture concepts, performance analysis, and profiling.
- Must be able to work on-site in Beijing or Shanghai, PRC
