Salary: EUR 61,900 - 90,000 annually (incl. holiday allowance), depending on experience

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to digitalize processes.
• Integrate AI features like Copilot, natural language processing, and predictive insights to boost efficiency.
• Develop data models and integrations with ERP, CRM, MES, and external systems for scalable analytics.
• Collaborate in agile teams, manage sprint tasks, resolve issues, and improve solutions continuously.
• Drive adoption via training, documentation, support for citizen developers, and change management.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills; Bachelor/Master in engineering, data analytics, business IT or similar with 2-4 years experience.
• Hands-on experience building apps, workflows, and dashboards with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of APIs, Azure, DevOps, Microsoft AI (e.g., Copilot), and agile methodologies.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work in multicultural team across NL, DE, DK.
• Analytical mindset, fast learner, initiative-taker comfortable with data and digital tools.

Nice to have

• Affinity with manufacturing/production environments and chemical/process industry.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP.
