What you will do

• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, OCR solutions, and workflow automation platforms to optimize accounting operations.
• Analyze existing financial processes to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Design, build, and test automation solutions to increase accuracy and reduce manual effort.
• Integrate AI-driven solutions with internal corporate systems.
• Collaborate with Accounting, IT, and Operations teams to improve business workflows.
• Create technical documentation for automation logic and monitor system performance.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI and automation.
• Familiarity with Python, APIs, and SQL.
• Must be able to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP platforms or financial systems.
