What you will do

• Handle structural design of existing and new rotor blades, emphasizing design for manufacturing.
• Perform structural analysis of blades and components using FEM and analytical methods.
• Develop and validate structural concepts meeting technical, manufacturing, and operational needs.
• Align design assumptions, loads, and decisions with operations, manufacturing, project management, service, and logistics.
• Prepare documentation and reports for internal reviews and blade certification.
• Contribute to improving blade structures, methods, and standards in development projects.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, civil engineering, or comparable.
• Master’s level knowledge in composite materials, finite element methods, or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of professional experience in structural engineering, preferably rotor blades or composites.
• Solid experience in analysis of fibre-reinforced composite components.
• Structured analytical style with clear documentation and communication skills.
• Working proficiency in English; German or Spanish advantageous.
