• Identify and pursue cost reduction opportunities
• Develop new machines and functions
• Collaborate with cross-function teams on machine problem solving and experience sharing

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering related fields
• Basic mechanical-related knowledge (semiconductor processes knowledge is a plus)
• Good problem-solving skills, communication ability, team spirit, and active learning attitude
