Sr. Product Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Influence the Product Service Life Cycle to optimize retrofit, calibrations, and reliability.
• Manage system integration, operation, and diagnostics for Alpha/Beta systems.
• Analyze data from various sources to resolve critical customer issues and develop plans of action.
• Create and deliver training, coaching, and documentation for the Product Support Organization.
• Implement AI/ML technologies to solve real-world engineering problems.
• Provide onsite support during installations, upgrades, and beta testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (5+ years), Master's degree (3+ years), or PhD in a relevant field.
• Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, including design principles, materials, and fabrication methods.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and solving problems with electro/mechanical assemblies.
• Proficiency in Python, Power BI, SQL Server, and Excel.
• Ability to travel domestic and foreign up to 50%.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with capital equipment in the semiconductor industry.
• Background in Mechatronics.
