What you will do

• Contribute to design and management of deposit products through full lifecycle, leveraging digital channels
• Drive savings product initiatives and recommend enhancements to customer and product proposition
• Lead delivery of product changes including pricing to manage commercial performance and customer outcomes
• Monitor product performance, analyze customer behavior, and recommend changes
• Develop business cases, maintain product roadmap/backlog, and monitor risk metrics
• Partner with marketing, customer care, and operations to support campaigns, acquisition, and seamless product implementation
• Proactively identify ideas for growth, innovation, and alternative channels

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail banking experience in a savings product role
• Subject matter expert in savings products including interest rate/pricing dynamics
• Experience in product team on technical and commercial aspects
• Good knowledge of banking trends, consumer behavior, and local regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience delivering in agile environment
• Bachelor's degree ideally in marketing or financial services
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
