What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, focusing on user retention and engagement
• Define and prioritize features aligned with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and community stakeholders for high-quality mobile experiences
• Identify opportunities, contribute to roadmap planning, and define key results
• Drive experimentation through iterative releases and data/user feedback validation
• Use quantitative/qualitative insights for performance assessment and decisions
• Maintain documentation and guide teams in agile processes

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with focus on user-facing digital products
• 3+ years managing mobile apps on Android and/or iOS
• Proven track record launching/optimizing features in large-scale consumer apps
• Experience in cross-functional agile/iterative environments
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decisions, A/B testing, product analytics
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management
• Commitment to inclusive development and diverse user needs
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
