What you will do

• Prepare and review Clean Energy US federal and state tax compliance processes.
• Provide quarterly investor information and prepare ASC740 reporting.
• Conduct technical research and quantitative analysis for tax planning and business projects.
• Support quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, grants, incentives, and tax positions.
• Assist with transaction reviews, documentation, and financial model analysis.
• Supervise one direct report and mentor junior tax team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or tax; Master’s degree or CPA.
• 2+ years experience on complex tax issues at a national accounting firm or multinational corporate tax department.
• Strong partnership tax technical expertise and compliance skills.
• Exceptional communication to explain complex tax issues to non-tax audiences.
• Strong self and project management in dynamic environments.

• State tax exposure.
• Experience with partner tax capital accounts, outside basis, section 704(c), and 743 adjustments.
