What you will do

• Audit and redesign operational processes across student support, onboarding, and payment functions to remove bottlenecks.
• Investigate root causes of metric fluctuations to inform strategic decision-making.
• Translate operational insights into prioritized execution roadmaps and clear initiatives.
• Build economic cases for all initiatives and track their real impact on business metrics.
• Lead cross-functional changes independently across multiple operational teams.
• Design and implement automation for manual back-office and support workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager with measurable impact on operational efficiency or conversion.
• Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in defining metrics and tracking outcomes.
• Experience running hypothesis-driven experiments, A/B tests, and controlled pilots.
• Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points and process gaps.
• Fluent English proficiency for communication with global teams and stakeholders.
• Must be based in Poland.
