What you will do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap, expanding beyond a single hero product
• Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and market validation
• Source, evaluate, and launch new products through suppliers and manufacturers
• Analyze feedback and data to improve existing products and specs
• Design and run experiments with clear hypotheses and metrics
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and partners for execution
• Build a structured product development process and lead a small team

Requirements

• 4+ years in Product, Category, or Brand Management in DTC e-commerce, beauty, haircare, or related
• Track record of launching products and running lean experiments
• Strong customer insight skills from interviews, surveys, and feedback
• Analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make decisions
• Experience with marketing teams for product-market fit
• High bias for action, structured approach, and strong communication

Nice to have

• Experience with older or accessibility-focused segments
• Knowledge of hair tools, beauty devices, or assistive products
• Working with Asian manufacturers
• Familiarity with NPS and customer feedback systems
• Exposure to performance marketing or CRO
