TL;DR
Instructional Designer (Corporate Learning): Designing and developing scalable corporate learning solutions with an accent on product thinking and business impact. Location: Worldwide. Relocation support is available to hubs in Cyprus, Serbia, or Mexico.

What you will do
- Design and develop corporate learning solutions aligned with business and product needs.
- Define learning goals, outcomes, and success metrics to ensure measurable impact.
- Apply learning design principles to create scalable and effective learning experiences.
- Formulate, test, and iterate learning hypotheses based on data and stakeholder input.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify skill gaps and performance opportunities.
- Contribute to the evolution of corporate learning systems in a fast-growing environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B or corporate learning (mandatory).
- Experience as a Methodologist, Instructional Designer, or Learning Experience Designer at Middle or Senior level.
- Strong understanding of learning design methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience working with learning effectiveness metrics and business impact indicators.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and make decisions with limited data.
- Strong working proficiency in English for daily collaboration with international teams.
Nice to have
- Spanish proficiency.
- Experience scaling learning systems for fast-growing products.
- Deep understanding of how learning initiatives impact business metrics beyond delivery.
