What you will do

• Deliver virtual instructor-led training sessions for the TeamConnect platform.
• Translate new product features into comprehensive training content.
• Create and maintain eLearning courses, job aids, and video tutorials.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling and client coordination.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, and Customer Success teams to align training materials.
• Continuously improve training content based on client feedback and platform updates.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a legal environment.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to learn and master complex software systems quickly.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Criminology, Public Administration, or related fields.

Nice to have

• Experience in training others or explaining complex processes.
• Familiarity with legal case or matter management software.
• Experience creating SOPs or technical documentation.
• Previous work with LMS platforms or eLearning authoring tools.
