Electrical Superintendent

What you will do

• Develop detailed planning, scheduling, estimating, and material take-offs for electrical work per NEC standards.
• Review engineering packages for constructability, integrate information, and create completion plans with labor and tool requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, suppliers, owners, and other managers to order materials and align on project goals.
• Oversee work flow, manage costs including change orders, write subcontractor bids, and participate in shutdown/turnaround planning.
• Ensure safety procedures are documented and followed for all jobs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 2-3 years of industrial construction experience
• Excellent communication, time management, organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build teams
• Knowledge of 5KV/13KV power distribution, instrumentation, NEC code, and electrical safety

Nice to have

• Understanding of LEAN principles
• OSHA 10 & 30 Training
