What you will do

• Establish and lead a world-class independent research group in functional genomics.

• Secure external funding, contribute to institutional activities, and co-organize scientific events.

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• PhD in relevant scientific field
• 3+ years proven research leadership, managing teams and high-impact programs
• Strong track record in genomics/computational biology with impactful publications
• Experience developing innovative experimental/computational approaches and bioinformatics tools
• Broad expertise in functional genomics (transcriptomics, non-coding RNAs, epigenomics, 3D genomics)
• Success securing major national/international funding

Nice to have

• Broad knowledge of biology focused on human disease models
• Record of generating widely used genomics datasets/methods
• Experience in cross-analysis of functional and medical genomics datasets
