What you will do

• Evaluate compensation and benefits packages including health insurance, retirement plans, incentives, and perks to identify improvements.
• Own the benefits portal and liaise with fulfillment team for accurate administration.
• Coordinate global benefit reviews and renewals for consistency, cost optimization, and employee value.
• Conduct data analysis and benchmarking for insights on salary structures, benefits, and reward programs.
• Develop communication plans and materials for compensation and benefits changes.
• Monitor labor laws, regulations, and tax implications for compliance; act as benefits subject matter expert.
• Support companywide initiatives and projects with other teams.

Requirements

• Relevant benefits experience, ideally in financial services firms.
• Experience evaluating benefits against market practice and proposing recommendations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
