What you will do

• Lead operational performance of Orb locations in Manchester/Liverpool, ensuring execution, compliance, and user experience
• Coordinate site launches, installations, and ramp-up to stable operations
• Onboard, train, and support Operators and site staff for consistent standards
• Collaborate with Logistics and Central Operations for delivery, maintenance, and issue resolution
• Drive performance metrics like uptime, readiness, and Operator effectiveness using data insights
• Identify risks, improve processes, and deliver training to enhance reliability and scalability

Requirements

• 3–6 years in operations, field operations, installations, or site-based environments (tech, logistics, micromobility preferred)
• Experience managing multiple locations for consistent execution
• Strong communication and relationship-building with Operators, staff, and partners
• Hands-on problem-solving in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
• Detail-oriented focus on quality, safety, and compliance
• Based in or near Manchester or Liverpool with frequent regional travel
