What you will do

• Lead and continuously improve operational performance across hub, spokes, and van operations.
• Champion a strong safety culture by embedding preventative practices and ensuring correct incident reporting.
• Oversee commercial performance, focusing on sales, profitability, margins, and cost control.
• Manage stock effectively to reduce waste and minimize slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
• Develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and clear development pathways.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and regional stakeholders to enhance service quality and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in the tyre industry, field service, or a similar fast-paced automotive environment.
• Proven ability to lead and support teams of 10+ people with a collaborative leadership style.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence in managing budgets and operational performance.
• Practical problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused approach.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, travel, and occasional weekend work.
