Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): $276,000–$414,000; Zone B: $262,000–$393,000; Zone C: $235,000–$352,000 annually. Eligible for equity in RSUs.

What you will do

• Build next-generation ads formats, backend infrastructure, and solutions to increase advertiser value through clicks and conversions.
• Work end-to-end on innovating ads products, formats, infrastructure ideas including experimentation, analysis, and optimization.
• Collaborate across teams to understand requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver solutions for performance advertising suite.
• Advocate for best practices in availability, scalability, operational excellence, and cost management.
• Provide technical direction and influence spanning the entire company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in technical field (CS, math, stats) or equivalent + 10+ years software development experience (or Master's +9 years, PhD +6 years).
• 2+ years technical leadership or domain expertise in a technical organization.
• Experience architecting, designing, developing distributed systems.
• Excellent programming, software design, debugging, performance analysis, test design skills.
• Proven track record operating highly-available systems at scale.
• Strong collaboration, mentorship, problem-solving skills; ads domain interest.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering large-scale projects in attribution and measurement.
• Ads domain experience.
