What you will do

• Own and deliver feature-level outcomes over quarters within established initiatives.
• Contribute to strategies, propose solutions for customer problems, and define success criteria using analytics, research, and competitive analysis.
• Participate in shaping activities like spikes, usability testing, and A/B tests to de-risk features and refine app capabilities.
• Execute delivery approaches (experiment, MVP, data-driven) to enable faster product engineering.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and communicate progress, blockers to stakeholders.
• Support collaborative workshops for ideation, requirements gathering, and action plans for app improvements.
• Build technical understanding to apply feasibility insights in solution development.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of digital product management experience with feature-level delivery, preferably mobile or web apps.
• Strong analytical skills for metrics, data analysis, and improvements.
• Experience facilitating workshops, design sprints, cross-team planning.
• Balance tactical execution with strategic thinking.
• Understanding of customer needs via research and collaboration in consumer apps.
• Technical aptitude to collaborate with engineering on trade-offs.
• Experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments with stakeholders.
