What you will do

• Lead and develop a distributed team of Buyers across locations and business lines.
• Execute purchasing aligned with Detection & Analysis and Positioning Solutions businesses, meeting customer, operational, and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Program teams to balance demand and manage risks.
• Manage supplier performance using data-driven insights for delivery, quality, and cost.
• Establish and improve purchasing processes for consistency and scalability across sites.
• Contribute to business planning by identifying opportunities for service, productivity, and cost improvements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading purchasing or procurement teams in manufacturing or technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, sourcing, supplier management, and cost negotiation.
• Experience with ERP systems and standard purchasing tools.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in matrixed, multi-site settings.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
