What you will do

• Serve as primary compliance liaison between local operations, partner brands, and internal leadership for timely information exchange.
• Oversee local testing workflows and manage communications with labs and brand representatives.
• Coordinate central distribution compliance with facilities like Woodlake and Embarc’s team for all shipments.
• Maintain METRC license integrity by monitoring rejected packages, addressing discrepancies, and resolving red flags in real time.
• Support rollout of new SOPs for reverse fulfillment and product processing.
• Communicate expectations to local staff, identify risks, and implement preventive actions.

Requirements

• 2+ years in canhirify.global operations, regulatory compliance, or distribution preferred.
• Strong familiarity with METRC and canhirify.global compliance tracking systems.
• Knowledge of California canhirify.global regulations and distribution compliance implications.
• Proven communication with teams, vendors, and regulatory partners.
• Highly organized with attention to detail in data entry, documentation, and reporting.
• Ability to quickly resolve compliance issues in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and adaptability to new software.
