Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom (minimum 2 days onsite per week at company location)

What you will do

• Handle handoffs and communicate asset goals and notes between artists, production, and supervision.
• Work with supervisors and heads of department to determine approaches for complex modeling issues.
• Instigate and explore workflow strategies for complex assets.
• Collaborate with texture artists, lookdev TDs, creature artists, and other modelers on concept and topology for assets.
• Support environment and set dressing artists with efficient large-scale assets and model kits.

Requirements

• Significant proven experience in Feature Animation at Lead level with ability to deliver complex shots to highest quality
• Ability to maintain team's asset presentation and delivery standards across multiple shows
• Flexibility across character, hard surface, and large-scale assets
• Comfort managing hero models beyond reference detail levels
• Experience distilling creative vision into artist notes and working closely with production on large-scale features
• Established production experience with Maya, full Feature Animation pipeline, advanced subdivision surfaces, and Zbrush sculpts
