Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI.

Tasks:

🌸Assist in automating internal workflows using AI and no-code/low-code platforms (like Make, n8n).
🌸Support integration and basic maintenance tasks across tools like Google Workspace, Jira, Notion.
🌸Work on building and improving agentic AI systems using tools like LangChain, CrewAI, Cursor AI.
🌸Help maintain and support basic InfoSec operations, like access controls and security monitoring & incident response.
🌸Collaborate with technical leads to prototype automations and AI agents for internal use cases.

Must haves:

💦Experience with Python/JS: You have written, owned, and maintained automation scripts in a professional or personal context. You can read unfamiliar code and ship working integrations.
💦AI-Native Working Style: You use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, or equivalent) as a core part of your daily workflow today.
💦Ownership Mindset: You have experience of managing workstreams end-to-end. You can scope, prioritize, deliver, and communicate progress.
💦Hands-on Automation & Integration Experience: You have built and maintained real-world automations beyond simple configurations: API/webhook integrations, LLM-based workflows, or MCP integrations.
💦IT Infrastructure Foundation: You have real experience in SaaS administration, identity and access management (SSO, RBAC), and security hygiene (such as SOC 2 awareness, offboarding, and access reviews).
