What you will do

• Design and implement multi-agent systems including orchestrator and worker agents.
• Build agent infrastructure: routing, memory, tool execution, and fallback strategies.
• Develop multimodal pipelines for text and images.
• Integrate multiple model providers and abstract them.
• Build custom tools, MCP servers, and connect agents to internal platform APIs.
• Implement automated testing, LLM evaluation pipelines, and debug agent reliability.

Requirements

• Commercial experience building multi-agent LLM systems (not pet projects).
• Strong Python backend development (async, APIs, services).
• Experience with agent frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI.
• Experience designing agent orchestration, tool calling, routing, memory systems.
• Experience with multimodal pipelines, multiple model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, local models).
• Vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate), Redis or similar for caching/state.
• Familiarity with gamedev domain, analytics, payments or similar.
• Production-grade practices: testing, debugging, observability.

Nice to have

• ML background or practical ML knowledge.
• Experience designing AI product architectures.
• Building agent evaluation/benchmarking frameworks.
• Working with large API ecosystems.
• AI observability tools.
