What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain complex workflows using n8n, Make, or Zapier, connecting CRMs, ERPs, and spreadsheets via APIs and webhooks.
• Configure and integrate LLMs into flows for tasks like lead triaging, document analysis, and automated customer interactions.
• Structure relational databases in Airtable or Notion as backbones for automated processes.
• Audit and map manual processes, replacing them with scalable automations.
• Ensure seamless data flow between SaaS tools using JSON and API calls.
• Inspire wellbeing by caring for yourself and colleagues.

Requirements

• Expert in n8n, Make, or similar orchestration tools, handling webhooks, APIs, and JSON without complex code.
• Pragmatic builder prioritizing fast, high-quality implementations with visual tools.
• Logical thinker identifying automation opportunities in business flows.
• Advanced AI user engineering prompts and integrating AI APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Prior experience in AI tools mandatory.
• Fluency in English mandatory.

• Experience in multi-sided marketplace companies like Uber, Rappi, or iFood.
